Why Menopause Coaching for Men?
Although men are not affected by menopause - called andropause - to the same extent as women, the quality of their relationships is often affected even more. Whether it's a wife, partner, mother, daughter, best friend or co-worker, menopause can quickly become a burden if the man is unable to interpret the menopausal symptoms correctly and has little understanding.
Men also go through a menopause called andropause. It describes the age-related decline in male sex hormones such as testosterone and can lead to various physical and psychological complaints. Andropause is not as drastic as menopause, but men often question the purpose of their lifestyle and struggle with health problems.
You can count on it:
In my coaching, I support men in understanding the menopause-related changes in living and working with women, expanding their relationship skills, and finding more similarities. In this way, this "proof of love" for women becomes a sustainable strengthening of the partnership and relationship.
We also address possible physical and emotional changes during the andropause. We look at personal strengths, old and new goals, the activation of personal resources and an overall improvement in quality of life.
My holistic coaching style reflects my belief that the quality of our lives depends on our ability to take care of ourselves and the quality of our relationships. Partnerships play an essential role in this.
