My coaching supports you to move forward through menopause.
No woman should have to limit her professional and personal life because of menopausal symptoms. But the reality is different: Abandoned by society, the health care system, and politicians, many women put their careers at risk during menopause. Physical limitations plague them, self-doubt arises, and life concepts are radically changed. In the end, it is not uncommon for a promising career - for which a woman has usually worked hard for many years - to come to an end.
It is time for more personal clarity.
Very few people are aware that the actual menopause is preceded by the pre- and perimenopause, and that the whole process of the menopause can take between 10 and 15 years. Plenty of time to let it wear you down - or to take action and keep your plans for the future on track. With my midlife care coaching, I support you in going through this eventful phase with a clear head and a personal appreciation for what you have achieved both professionally and privately. Together we will analyze what changes and adjustments are necessary.
Men as supporters.
Although men are physically less affected by menopause than women, the quality of their relationship is often more affected. The lack of understanding of a woman's health symptoms can therefore become a strain on the relationship if the man does not understand and interpret the situation correctly. I help men to understand women's menopause and to acquire new relationship skills.
By the way: Men also go through menopause - the andropause. It is not as drastic as the menopause for women, and the onset is later, but it is also often accompanied by questions about the meaning of life and health problems. That is why I support men as well in making the necessary changes and adjustments in their lives.
Going through menopause together.
Menopause can break up relationships - or strengthen them. With my Midlife Care Couple Coaching, I support couples who want to go through this phase of life together. I help them to understand each other's perspectives, to develop workable solutions, and to implement them together.
