Who is Midlife Care Coaching for?
My services are designed for women who want to take charge of their menopause. Together we will find ways to maintain and even increase your productivity and performance. If necessary - for example, after an illness or in the case of very severe menopausal symptoms - this also involves professional reorientation and a change in lifestyle. We reflect on the existing concept of life, identify current wishes and goals, and thus find new orientation and responsibility for healthy further development.

When I work with you, I draw on a broad portfolio of experience that allows me to take different perspective. Add to that my personal story: I know the ups and downs a woman can experience during menopause, and the professional and personal decisions that need to be made.
I also believe that all areas of life are interconnected and that the more we are able to maintain personal health and self-care, the more we can achieve. For me, self-care isn't just about getting a massage, it's about making the right choices at the right time.
